These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and agreements placed via the NORA website.

2. Applicability

These conditions apply to every offer from NORA and to every distance contract concluded between NORA and the consumer.

By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

3. The offer

We do our best to describe all products as clearly and accurately as possible.

Obvious errors or mistakes in the offer do not bind NORA.

4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded when the customer places an order and it has been confirmed by NORA.

NORA reserves the right to refuse orders or to set additional conditions.

5. Prices

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Any shipping costs will be stated separately during checkout.

NORA reserves the right to change prices.

6. Payment

Payment must be made immediately via the offered payment methods.

The order will only be processed after receipt of payment.

7. Delivery

NORA will exercise the utmost care in processing and shipping orders.

The stated delivery times are indicative and do not entitle the customer to compensation in the event of a delay.

8. Right of withdrawal (Right of return)

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason.

Conditions:

Product is unused

In original condition and packaging

After receipt of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 7–14 days.

9. Return costs

The costs for return shipments are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

10. Warranty and complaints

NORA guarantees that the products comply with the agreement and reasonable requirements of soundness.

In case of a defect or problem:

we will provide a suitable solution

Warranty period: 90 days

11. Liability

NORA is not liable for:

indirect damage

consequential damage

damage due to incorrect use of the product

NORA's liability is limited to the purchase amount of the product.

12. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (such as delays with carriers, malfunctions, or external circumstances), NORA is not obliged to fulfill its obligations.

13. Privacy

NORA respects the privacy of all users and processes personal data in accordance with applicable legislation (GDPR).

14. Intellectual property

All content on the website (text, images, logos) is the property of NORA and may not be used without permission.

15. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
